Marry An Educated Argentinian
Fua!!! This week was transfers but I stayed in the same area with the same comp so we just worked a lot. Some things this week:
- the same dog tried to attack me 3 times
- a different dog almost bit me
- visited an inactive member and she told me after my mission I need to come back to argentina and marry one of her grandsons, but also that I need to marry someone educated
- one of our friends gifted me a lavender plant to grow on my own, im so happy
- the same member told me I have 14 months to keep my eyes open for my "options" in argentina HAHA
- said goodbye to some really awesome people this week
Honestly this week was so hard for me and my mission president called me to make sure I was ok! He gave me some really good advice but honestly im just tired. I have found a new meaning to "the Lord is my strength" because he gave me the strength I needed everyday. I hardcore studied the Atonement this week and I learned that really it means nothing if we just ackowledge Christs sacrifice without being willing to let it change us. He didnt just sacrifice to be well-known. He suffered and died and he ALREADY PAID THE PRICE. do NOT suffer for something he has already suffered. Let him take your load!
I love this work, some weeks are more gratifying than others, this week was hard again but we grow "after the trial of our faith"(Ether 12). The lord LOVES you, I LOVE you, I am praying for you all and routing for you everyday!
Con un brazo grande y una banda de amor,
