9 Miracles For 9 Months

welllll! to celebrate completing half of my mission, I would like to share with you all 9 miracles that I have seen while on my mission!

1. My biggest fear before starting my mission was speaking in another language. when I got to Argentina I understood about 75% of what people said and could speak. The gift of tongues is real.

2. We called one of our friends when I was in Cipolletti and I didnt really know how to tell stories in spanish. I ended up sharing a very personal story with this friend about how God is not trying to punish us, but he loves us. To this day I still don´t know how I told that story.

3. All of our baptisms fell through and then a kid named Lautaro decided to get baptized on his 9th birthday, meaning it would be a baptism for us!

4. There was a building fire right next to my apartment and we were safely in a city 30 minutes away.

5. fasted from eating food and water for 24 hours and someone payed for our groceries the next day, people came to us searching for forgiveness and one of our friends accepted a baptismal date!

6. we got a portable air conditioning unit the day after it hit 104 degrees here. #blessed

7.  God let me feel the love he has for his children here on earth. I really, truly, felt the pure love of Christ for so many people. My heart has been overflowing with love.

8. Gods timing is the best! there were so many instances when I was sick or injured and I could see after that god knew it was gonna happen and he put the people in our path that we needed to talk to.

9. God protects his servants. I have had many experiences being an white woman in south america where God has protected me.

“Many of you have witnessed miracles, more than you realize.” They may seem small, but “magnitude does not distinguish a miracle, only that it came from God.” - Ronald A Rasband

I love you all! God does too. His hand is constantly in the daily tasks of our lives. I love being a missionary, I know that Christ lives and he loves YOU!
