Not All The Dogs Are Nice In Plottier...

Buen día a todos!! Espero que esta semana fue excelente * HEALTH UPDATE * aparently a few of yall are asking how my health is! My jaw is completely healed, no more pain(no more gain) and I can eat completely normal. About 3 weeks ago I strained my quad pretty bad. I tried to play fútbol again this past friday and ended up re-straining it(not as bad). My mission president(who was an orthopedic surgeon) told me that I will be prone to quad injuries for the rest of my life, so that was a bummer to hear. But I am doing great, the weather has been cooling down a bit, and the work never stops * RECAP OF THIS WEEK* There were so many miracles this week! On thursday specifically, we had planned our whole day and were so excited because a member had planned a lesson for us to meet her nephew and his whole family that want to learn about the gospel. Before 11:30am, all of our appointments and in-person lunch all cancelled. We were so disappointed and we werent sure what to do. When we got home, ...

Vamos Luly!!

- luly got baptized!! The baptism was really stressful for me but it all came out fine,  if you want to know about it ask and ill sned a voice message - we had zone council! - my companion got proposed to - i cooked a tonnnnn this week - we went to a newer neighborhood and we decided that we werent gonna leave until we had found 7 new people to teach and we did it!!! The lord works with our faith, not just our time This week went by so fast! I love this work and I cannot believe we are almost half-way through march! Hope yall have an awesome week Hermana Carden

9 Miracles For 9 Months

welllll! to celebrate completing half of my mission, I would like to share with you all 9 miracles that I have seen while on my mission! 1. My biggest fear before starting my mission was speaking in another language. when I got to Argentina I understood about 75% of what people said and could speak. The gift of tongues is real. 2. We called one of our friends when I was in Cipolletti and I didnt really know how to tell stories in spanish. I ended up sharing a very personal story with this friend about how God is not trying to punish us, but he loves us. To this day I still don´t know how I told that story. 3. All of our baptisms fell through and then a kid named Lautaro decided to get baptized on his 9th birthday, meaning it would be a baptism for us!  4. There was a building fire right next to my apartment and we were safely in a city 30 minutes away. 5. fasted from eating food and water for 24 hours and someone payed for our groceries the next day, people came to us searching for...
